Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Mid Data Scientist based in Mexico to turn complex data into actionable insights and measurable business value. You will develop analytical and machine learning solutions across a variety of projects and business contexts, collaborating with diverse Data teams and translating findings for stakeholders.

The role combines statistics, ML, data visualization, and MLOps practices, with ownership of model quality and deployment lifecycle.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data science or closely related environment.
• Experience building and deploying production-level machine learning models.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Basic knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience with exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Perform feature engineering and prepare high-quality datasets for analytical and ML use cases.
• Build, train, tune, and validate supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Apply statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and distribution analysis.
• Define evaluation metrics and validation strategies, including cross-validation.
