Talently is seeking a Business Analyst in Mexico City with 3–6 years of hands-on data analytics experience. You will build and maintain datasets for advanced analysis, prepare data for AI/LLM use, and drive analytical modeling across the data stack.

You will transform data with SQL, Python, and Spark on Databricks, implement validated models, and conduct distribution and outlier analyses to support decision-making.

Formación

• 3–6 years of data analytics experience with hands-on execution.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain datasets for advanced analysis (feature engineering, data preparation).
• Structure data for AI/LLM consumption and analytical modeling.
• Execute data transformations using SQL, Python, and Spark (Databricks).
• Implement models and analyses based on defined guidelines.
• Perform statistical analysis: distribution analysis, outlier detection, basic hypothesis validation.
