Roland Berger in Mexico City is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to support our Digital Hub in the Americas, delivering data-driven solutions with consultants and clients across industries.

You will collect and analyze large datasets, build data pipelines, develop models, and create interactive front-ends to translate analytics into business impact, collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from diverse sources.
• Visualize and interpret data to extract actionable insights.
• Build data pipelines for advanced analytics in both code and no-code.
• Design data architectures and ontologies for business analytics and applications.
• Integrate OCR, AI, embeddings and other techniques to deal with unstructured data.
• Develop code and no-code interactive front-ends and applications implementing business workflows.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and AI applications within client projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of creative, practical solutions.
• Work as a core team member on consulting projects, supporting the design and execution of data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for internal and client use.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to present findings and recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
