Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of profit‑focused advertising strategies, optimizing for actual profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, budgets, and client communications.
• Develop performance‑driven strategies focused on sustainable profit and growth.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with a dedicated feed management specialist.
• Conduct testing of creatives and copy; implement structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond in-platform metrics and translate data into actions.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Communicate progress and insights to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain notes and seek feedback to deepen campaign understanding.
• Own results and continuously refine approaches through experimentation.
