Job summary

Plutus21 seeks a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the development of a medical device across hardware, optics, software, imaging, and systems engineering. The role owns the integrated plan and supports design controls, quality, regulatory and manufacturing transfers, with on-site and remote work.

This full-time position requires travel to the US office about once per quarter and overlap with Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical program management, engineering operations or related roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary hardware and software product efforts.
• Hands-on BOMs, configuration and change control, inventory planning.
• Strong communication, decision documentation and risk management.
• Remote work capability with on-site coordination as needed.
• Familiarity with PLM, QMS and inventory tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated development plan with milestones, owners and dates.
• Lead meetings, document decisions and drive blockers to closure.
• Coordinate prototype builds, software releases and test campaigns.
• Maintain BOMs, part numbers, revisions and supplier links.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on schedule and docs.
• Track build configurations, software versions and deviations.
• Manage stock, allocations, orders and inventory checks on-site.
• Coordinate quotations, requests and supplier follow-up within budgets.
• Work with quality/regulatory to maintain design records and traceability.
• Support controlled-document workflows and training records.
• Provide leadership updates on progress, risks and resource needs.
• Coordinate inventory/build records with on-site staff.
