Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software product development with complex schedules.
• Hands-on BOM, configuration control, inventory tracking and material planning.
• Ability to document decisions, manage risks and track design controls and file history.
• Strong written and spoken communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated development plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates.
• Lead recurring reviews, document decisions and drive blockers to closure.
• Coordinate prototypes, software releases, testing campaigns and clinical activities.
• Maintain development and released bills of materials with revisions and supplier data.
• Coordinate changes and assess impacts on schedule, inventory and testing.
• Maintain records of builds, software versions and deviations.
• Track stock, locations, orders and replenishment with on-site staff.
• Manage quotations, purchase requests and supplier follow-up within budgets.
