Celestica is seeking a Project/Program Manager to plan and direct design engineers and other technical staff on large, complex programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive the program plan, and communicate status to executives and customers.

The role involves budgeting, risk management, and ensuring delivery across multiple streams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product development or manufacturing projects, with experience in Health Tech or Aerospace & Defense preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading product development or manufacturing projects.
• Experience in a technical or highly regulated industry preferred (Health Tech, Aerospace & Defense).
• Bachelor/Master in Engineering; PMP considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage two or more projects of medium to high complexity across Health Tech, Industrial, Capital or A&D segments.
• Lead cross-functional, global core teams and establish schedules; drive program governance and meetings.
• Provide status updates to business leaders and customers; interpret documentation.
• Plan program scope, resources, and budget; monitor progress and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects; collaborate with customers and Celestica teams globally.
