Job summary

Amazon, a leader in e-commerce and cloud services, seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to re-envision Devices Detail Pages in Mexico City. You will own end-to-end program strategy, coordinating across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-facing improvements.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing for impact on customer experience across Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and Fire Tablet products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with software development methodologies and engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for Detail Pages initiatives—from scoping to launch and post-launch measurement.
• Drive alignment across multiple agile engineering, design, and product teams to manage dependencies, prioritize work, and deliver on the roadmap.
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Identify risks, blockers, and cross-org dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
• Establish and improve program management mechanisms, reporting cadences, and scalable delivery processes.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for programs, track progress, and ensure measurable customer and business impact.
