Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading product development or manufacturing projects.
• Experience in Health Tech, Aerospace & Defense, or Manufacturing preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage two or more projects of medium to high complexity in Health Tech, Industrial, Capital or A&D markets.
• Lead cross-functional, global core teams; kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings.
• Present and communicate status to business leaders and customers.
• Plan the overall program and monitor progress; develop the Program Plan/WBS with resources.
• Drive daily program management; be the go-to person for project organization and timeline.
• Drive the core team to meet program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment).
• Define program governance (controls) and budget; forecast actuals against plan.
• Manage risks and issues; provide leadership and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate projects and interdependencies; collaborate with customers and Celestica teams.
• Align deliverables to program outcomes; maintain program documentation.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies.
