Sezzle is seeking a data-driven Marketplace Operations & Experimentation Specialist to join the Marketplace team in Mexico, remote. You will launch and analyze A/B tests, manage partner operations, and turn results into actionable recommendations while collaborating with product, engineering, data, design, and partnerships.

You’ll own test setups, QA processes, and a centralized test log, ensuring accuracy and repeatability across multiple experiments and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 1–3+ years in operations, experimentation, or product analytics.
• Highly organized with ability to run multiple tests/workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal English communication across teams.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and dashboards; interpret A/B results.
• Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and QA mindset.
• Daily use of Claude or similar AI tools for data analysis and automation.

Aufgaben

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features.
• Monitor tests, flag issues early, and report results when significance is reached.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all tests and learnings.
• Create/manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers in the app.
• Set up and manage cashback programs in internal tools.
• Onboard new online stores and activate their domains in the marketplace.
• Document test plans, results, and processes; explore automation with AI.
