Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators to help keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving for U.S. companies. You will work remotely from Mexico, coordinating with carriers and warehouses while supporting customers and internal teams.

You will join NeoWork’s global staffing and operations platform, handling documentation, updates, and proactive communication. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and service quality with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management
• Detail oriented in high-volume, multi-system work
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written and spoken English
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
• Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
• Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records across portals and systems
