Milestone One Ag seeks a Remote Logistics Coordinator to join its expanding international team. This fully remote role handles inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating shipments, preparing docs, and tracking status from anywhere in Mexico.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics coordination, is fluent in Spanish and English, and thrives in a remote-first environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, incoterms, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite (Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve logistical issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels as they relate to inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to manage shipments and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding shipment status and inquiries.
