• Licensed US attorney with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of post-JD litigation experience in shareholder and LLC disputes.
• Strong legal drafting skills for commercial litigation.
• Excellent written English with precise legal register.
• Experience with litigation-focused firms preferred.
• Federal court practice or AI training experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce authentic litigation documents under senior direction, including motions, briefs and discovery materials.
• Draft rubric items with essential elements of robust responses to opposing counsel.
• Incorporate senior feedback into subsequent drafts.
• Maintain consistency in legal argumentation across multi-turn simulated litigation scenarios.
• Identify ambiguities, procedural gaps, or missing facts and escalate with project leadership.
• Operate from public or synthetic fact patterns, avoiding confidential information.
• Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements.
