RemoteJobsOne is seeking seasoned Contract Attorneys for a part-time, fully remote role open to candidates based in Mexico. You will draft, review, negotiate and redline technology agreements (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs) to support AI training and evaluation in real-world legal work.

You will assess AI outputs, provide expert feedback, and help shape risk-aware contract language. Strong written and verbal communication, 3+ years in-house tech transactions, and comfort working with cross-functional teams

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of In‑House experience focused on technology transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience with cross‑disciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for expert feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI‑driven contract review solutions.
