Skyline Payments is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a remote SDR team focused on cold calling, lead generation, and discovery. You will coach on objection handling, pipeline creation, and qualification, driving data-driven results and outbound revenue growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and creating scalable sales playbooks while collaborating with SDRs to meet ambitious targets and expand our reach across LATAM markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing outbound SDR teams.
• Experience training SDRs in cold calling, lead gen, multi-threading.
• Proven success leading outbound sales initiatives.
• Strong coaching skills to develop decision-makers and reps.
• People management experience with first-time sales teams.
• Fintech/payments experience is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset to improve conversion rates and pipeline creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team with training and coaching.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks, talk tracks, and training modules.
• Oversee daily sales operations and establish team goals.
