Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Payroll Analyst II to support Colombia and LATAM payroll operations from a remote setting based in Mexico. You will deliver first-class payroll service, ensure compliance, and support cross-jurisdiction projects.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, tax filings, and collaborating with accounting for accurate month-end close. Strong English skills and experience with global payroll platforms are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll processing for Colombia with accounting experience.
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Experience in Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the payroll vendor on end-to-end Colombia payroll execution.
• Ensure filings and remittances via PILA and DIAN are timely and accurate.
• Provide payroll reports and support month-end close with accounting.
