Saltu Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote-first position serving Latin America markets. You will own requirements, roadmap, and backlog management for an Agile product team, coordinating with US-based stakeholders, developers, and QA.

This contract-to-hire role allows monthly Mexico City onsite presence; fluent English required, Spanish also, and authorization to work in the region.

Formación

• 3-5 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements identification and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and requirements management.

Responsabilidades

• Own requirements management end to end: elicitation, clarification, documentation, and keeping requirements up to date.
• Maintain the product roadmap and track cross-team dependencies.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with product and engineering leads.
• Prepare release scope and supporting instructions as part of release management.
• Support developers by clarifying expected results and end-user scenarios behind defects and features.
• Support QA by clarifying steps to reproduce, requirements, and test scenarios.
• Perform gap analysis between high-level and low-level requirements.
• Prepare start-of-sprint and mid-sprint reports covering release scope and status.
• Facilitate meetings and drive new initiatives as needed.
