Sequoia Connect LLC is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our remote-enabled team. You will provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications, monitor production streams, troubleshoot issues, and apply code fixes and patches to resolve escalated incidents.

You will coordinate with Business and IT partners on upgrades, deployments, and NT Certification activities, ensure alignment with IT processes, and maintain system availability.

Formación

• Proven experience providing L2/L3 application and production support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues and workflow job failures.
• Experience investigating code bases to apply temporary or permanent code fixes and patches.
• Experience managing software upgrades, NT Certification, packaging, and deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with IT and Business teams.
• High-Performance Mindset with resilience, emotional intelligence, and agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA with understanding of engineering principles beyond coding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support, monitor production streams, and ensure maximum system availability.
• Troubleshoot, review, analyze, and resolve production issues, including job failures.
• Apply code fixes and patches to resolve escalated incidents.
• Coordinate software version upgrades for NT Certification, Packaging and Deployment.
• Collaborate with Business partners to analyze and resolve queries effectively.
• Ensure compliance with controlled IT processes and security requirements.
