IQVIA is seeking an Associate Proposal Developer (Jr) in Mexico City to join the Global Business Operations Academy program. This early talent track provides bespoke integration and training to support proposals, rebids, budgets and contracts within the Global Business Operations Department.

You will collaborate with project teams, perform quality edits, maintain databases, and help prepare budgets and scope of work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of direct experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• English fluency required for global team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Work with project teams to prepare text and budgets for proposals and related documents.
• Support review of Requests For Proposal (RFP) and assist other Proposal Developers.
• Revise preliminary agreements and budgets; ensure scope reflects the work.
• Maintain corporate databases and tracking reports; participate in final document distribution.
