AgileEngine is seeking a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative in Mexico City to be the first point of contact for potential candidates via email and other channels. You will introduce opportunities, guide candidates into the talent pipeline, and help shape our IT recruitment efforts.

This entry point into recruitment and lead generation offers learning opportunities, rapid growth, and exposure to fast-paced, agile work environments within a people-first culture.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication in English (B1+).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation.
• Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
