IQVIA LLC in Mexico is seeking a Regulatory & Start Up Specialist 1, cFSP for Global Support Mexico. This full-time remote role drives site activation and regulatory deliverables, coordinating with sponsors, SAMs, and project teams to ensure SOP and timeline adherence.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, 1+ year of clinical research start-up experience, and fluent English. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential for fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in life sciences or related field.
• 1+ years of clinical research experience and study start up management.
• Fluent English: written and oral communication.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate issues.
• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SPOC in assigned studies for sites and project teams.
• Perform start up and site activation activities per regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems and tracking tools with project data.
• Provide feedback on site performance metrics to management.
• Plan project timelines and establish monitoring measures.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory and contractual documents.
• Track progress and approval of regulatory, ethics, and IP release documents.
• Provide local expertise to SAMs during project planning.
