IQVIA LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Junior Budget Operations and Data Solutions Support professional. Under supervision you will assist Sales, Finance and GBO teams with budgets, contracts, and system updates, including Salesforce product updates and reporting.

You will process proposal budgets, support senior staff on special projects, and generate compliance reports. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a healthcare-adjacent setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field, new graduate welcome.
• 1 year of administrative or healthcare experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English with strong written communication.
• Able to build effective relationships with colleagues, GBO and Sales.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support GBO and Sales with product updates in Salesforce and general tasks.
• Process proposal budgets for product updates.
• Assist senior staff on special projects and budget troubleshooting.
• Run adhoc reports for compliance and oversight.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
