Job summary

Touch Support is a multinational based in the United States and is expanding its Accounting team. This fully remote position welcomes applicants from anywhere in Mexico and offers extensive online onboarding and mentoring.

Required: 2+ years in accounting, a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong English. Tasks include monthly closes, payroll processing, GL reviews, and vendor communications with US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct).
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses.
• Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.
