Touch Support, a multinational BPO company, is expanding its accounting team and hiring an Accountant for a fully remote position open to applicants nationwide in Mexico. The role requires at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and the ability to work US business hours (7 AM–3 PM CDT).

You will handle daily to year-end accounting, payroll, financial statements, and GL reconciliations, plus AP/AR and vendor communications.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities.

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, AP/AR, and expenses.
• Verify balances and manage vendor communications.

Job description:

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;
• Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll;
• Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations;
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses;
• Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
• At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;
• Proactive problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
