BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Consultant to analyze our pool of vetted IT candidates and staff opportunities. You’ll bridge Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, vetting, selecting, and presenting candidates while meeting time-to-market and revenue goals.

Staffing Fronters Consultant at BairesDev

We are looking for a Staffing Consultant to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to successfully staff IT business opportunities. You'll act as a link between Client Services/Sales and the rest of Talent Acquisition. Daily key responsibilities include assessing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, handling the end-to-end vetting process on the client-side, and staffing openings while ensuring both time-to-market and optimal revenue are met. This role requires you to be analytical, adaptable, discerning, detail/process/business-oriented, and team-minded, with articulate and eloquent English communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• - Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• - Review and filter the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• - Review and clean openings, keeping them up to date.
• - Handle communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales.
