Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support professional for a fully remote, full-time independent contractor role. You will manage escalation handling, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune across a distributed workforce to maintain security, performance, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include incident response, onboarding, endpoint management, and collaboration with Security and IT teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in IT support with escalation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (hybrid identity, MFA).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (Freshservice, ServiceNow).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as escalation point for high-priority IT incidents.
• Troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and AVD.
• Lead major incident responses and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle for distributed workforce devices.
• Onboard and offboard users, accounts, and devices.
• Administer M365, AD, Entra ID, MFA, and licensing.
• Support Intune deployment, patching, and policies.
• Create knowledge base articles and train the team.
• Track incidents, trends, and SLAs; identify root causes.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-assisted tools.
• Support Security with reviews and data protection practices.
