Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced IT project delivery professional to lead digital manufacturing and enterprise IT programs across global sites. You will develop and execute change management strategies, manage scope, budgets, risks and timelines, and report to executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Business Administration or related field.
• 5-10 years in IT project delivery, service management, digital transformation programs, or organizational change management.
• Experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with MES, LIMS or Veeva Platforms.
• Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
