Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to define and govern architectures for end-to-end digital continuity across manufacturing and enterprise environments. You will drive ISA-95 based designs and lead cross-domain integration across SAP/ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, PLCs, PLM, and data platforms, including cloud/edge ecosystems.

You bring 10+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Digital Transformation, 5+ years in manufacturing, hands-on APIs and middleware, and knowledge of

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation roles.
• 5+ years of experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in ISA-95, MES / MOM, SCADA, and SAP / ERP integration.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Edge Computing, IIoT, data platforms, and industrial protocols such as OPC-UA and MQTT.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define current state and target architecture for end-to-end digital continuity across manufacturing and enterprise environments.
• Design architectures based on ISA-95 standards, aligning IT and OT strategies.
• Lead integration design across SAP / ERP, MES / MOM, SCADA, PLCs, PLM, WMS, data platforms, and Cloud / Edge ecosystems.
• Establish integration patterns, interoperability models, and architecture standards for scalable solutions.
• Assess technology gaps, redundancies, and Build / Buy / Reuse opportunities to optimize the digital landscape.
• Review solution architectures and collaborate with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure scalability and prevent technology silos.
