Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking an experienced IT project delivery leader to drive digital manufacturing and enterprise IT initiatives across global sites. You will guide projects from initiation to close, aligning business goals with technical execution.

You will collaborate with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes, while managing scope, budgets, risks, and timelines with executive visibility and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5–10 years IT project delivery, service management, digital transformation, or change management.
• Proficient in MS Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience in risk, issue, budget, and resource management; change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.

Your Role

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, or digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
