So many individuals make up who we are, making us that much more unique. This is what sets apart the dynamic, diverse, and collaborative environment that is Teradata.
In this internship, you will support the CTO office by learning how to optimize operational workflows, document processes, and leverage digital tools to improve team efficiency. You'll work alongside the Operations Lead on real projects — updating SharePoint documentation, testing automation tools, and helping to streamline administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in operations, learn how modern business tools work, and see firsthand how small process improvements can have big impact.
You’ll report to the Operations Lead, who will mentor you throughout the internship and give you feedback on your work. You’ll collaborate with CTO office staff, including project teams and operational partners, as you learn how different parts of the office work together. This is a learning role — you’ll ask questions, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow your understanding of how operations support innovation.
