Moontower Design + Build is seeking a highly organized Interior Design & Selections Coordinator to support our Austin-based design team remotely on a part-time schedule. The role focuses on selections coordination, documentation, and project support, with occasional drafting or rendering tasks.

You will manage material palettes, finish schedules, and vendor communications while ensuring decisions stay on track and schedules stay current across multiple residential projects.

Formación

• Professional experience in interior design, residential design, architecture, design-build, selections coordination, or a closely related field.
• A good eye for materials, color, finish, scale, and residential design.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with finish schedules, specifications, procurement, or selections is valuable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate materials and selections across active residential projects, maintaining accurate schedules and product information.
• Organize finish schedules, specifications, samples, and client decisions for designers, purchasing, estimating and project management.
• Research materials, fixtures, furnishings, vendors, pricing, availability and lead times.
• Track outstanding decisions and follow-up to avoid impacting the project schedule.
• Assist designers with client presentations, mood boards, and selection packages.
• Organize digital design libraries and project resources; maintain documentation standards across projects.
• Coordinate information between designers, estimators, purchasers, project managers, vendors, and partners.
