Ohana Design Services in Baja California Sur is seeking a meticulous Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential resort projects.

You will lead scope definition with clients and VP of Development, create detailed work plans, monitor deadlines, manage samples, and ensure on-budget implementation across design development, documentation, and site visits.

Formación

• Role requires project management of interior design projects from initiation to execution.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams.

Responsabilidades

• Project initiation and client coordination to define scope and secure proposals.
• Develop and maintain the overall interior design project plan and timelines.
• Drafting and modeling for interior architecture documentation.
• Coordinate with Designers, Architecture, and Construction teams.
• Prepare client meetings materials and project reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design intent.
