• Create detailed design drawings in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation in Revit for all phases (SD, DD, CD).
• Create and develop Families in Revit.
• Present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing Hotel Design Projects.
• Independent remote work managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Conocimientos

Proven experience in high-end hotel interior design projects

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for high-end hospitality projects

Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality

Fluency in English

• Create detailed design drawings in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details for High End Hotel Design projects.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation in Revit, including specifications and schedules, for all phases (SD, DD, CD)
• Create and develop Families in Revit.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in high-end hotel interior design projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for high-end hospitality projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing Hotel Design Projects you´ve worked on.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in projects developed in the state of California (USA) will be appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality
• Fluency in English is required.
