Nextiva is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Customer Expansion) to drive revenue growth with our existing small business customer base. You’ll proactively reach out to customers, uncover opportunities, and connect their challenges to Nextiva's AI-powered platform.

You’ll support US-based customers with day-to-day work conducted in English, using a high-velocity sales approach and a professional, customer-ready presence. Training and AI tools help you improve outcomes.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role accountable for revenue targets.
• Advanced English fluency, both spoken and written.
• Experience with outbound outreach and short sales cycles.
• Strong organization and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell opportunities within existing small business customers.
• Engage customers through outbound calls, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Understand the customer's business across industries and connect needs to Nextiva solutions.
• Position Nextiva's AI-powered solutions and clearly demonstrate value.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
