Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust over the phone.
• Warm, patient, empathetic approach, especially with health concerns.
• Confident in handling objections, following up, and closing conversations.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inbound leads within 60 seconds of inquiry during your shift.
• Contact potential patients over the phone and guide them toward booking an appointment.
• Build rapport through friendly, empathetic conversations.

• Follow up with leads via calls and texts to maximize bookings.
• Maintain accurate contact information and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Meet daily performance expectations for response time, conversations, and bookings.
