Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support UST customers via inbound calls in a remote Mexico setting. You will document calls, respond to inquiries, and liaise between claims and providers to ensure timely data delivery.

Qualified candidates have 2–3+ years in healthcare claims or call center environments, with strong communication and MS Office proficiency. Spanish language skills are a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Healthcare claims operations or Call Center environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound phone calls for customer assistance.
• Respond to outbound calls and document all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Act as liaison between claims department and providers.
• Research customer claims in primary payor systems and respond within required time frames.
• Maintain highest level of customer service on every call.
