Everise is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work from home in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls about healthcare benefits, delivering compassionate, patient-centered support while gathering information and guiding customers through products and services.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass screenings, and a dedicated quiet workspace. You will navigate multiple systems, meet performance metrics, and stay flexible for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Healthcare background experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with medical terminology.
• A dedicated area to work area, free from distractions and background noises.
• Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wired).
• Demonstrated passion for excellence concerning treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services.
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Be a team player.
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members regarding healthcare benefits.
• Thoroughly gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
• Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
• Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required.
• Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment.
• Must be flexible to work weekends & holidays.
