Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a 3-month contract that is fully remote within Mexico. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and coordinate with the claims team to resolve customer inquiries.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role includes training from Nov 9–Dec 28, 2026, with shifts through Feb 8, 2027. A $250 sign-on bonus is paid upon successful completion of the contract.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare claims operations or in a Call Center environment.
• Previous Health Care Call Center/Customer Service Experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound phone calls for customer assistance.
• Respond to outbound phone call requests.
• Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide data within required timeframes.
• Act as liaison between claims department and providers.
• Research customer claims in primary payor systems.
• Ensure highest level of customer service on every call.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
