Job summary

Partner company seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Mexico to lead paid media initiatives for DTC/eCommerce brands. The role requires aligning campaigns with business metrics and profitability across major platforms.

You will own testing, budgeting, forecasting, attribution, and full-funnel optimization, collaborating with growth, creative, and CRO teams to drive sustainable growth and improved CAC/LTV.

Qualifications

• Three+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Experience handling significant paid media budgets and understanding commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop structured testing across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and improve profitability.
