You will blend destination knowledge, group logistics, and a consultative sales approach to match teams, companies, families, and friends with the right destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences.

Formación

• Experience in travel sales or customer service is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple quotes and details.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with group leaders to understand goals, size, budget and dates.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks and activities that fit the group.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details, deposits, payment schedules and policies clearly.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits and final payments.
• Handle changes and questions quickly to support leaders and participants from quote to trip.
