Job summary

Elite Travel Group seeks motivated travel professionals to join as All-Inclusive Vacation Travel Specialists. You will research, plan, and book all-inclusive vacations, tailoring itineraries to clients’ preferences and budgets.

The role covers worldwide destinations, including the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America, with a focus on luxury experiences. You will build lasting client relationships, handle inquiries before and after bookings, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client details.
• Willingness to complete travel supplier trainings and destination education.
• Interest in all-inclusive resorts, destination celebrations, honeymoons, family travel, group travel, and luxury vacation planning.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts and vacation packages based on client needs and budget.
• Plan and book resort stays, flights, transfers, excursions, and travel protection.
• Assist clients with destinations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, and other popular all-inclusive locations.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.
• Communicate pricing, payment deadlines, travel documents, resort policies, and itinerary details.
• Stay informed about resort brands, destination updates, and promotions.
• Build client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in trainings, supplier webinars, and professional development opportunities.
