Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel consulting or a related field, with a focus on all-inclusive vacations.
• Strong knowledge of destinations, resorts and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences.
• Research and recommend all-inclusive vacation packages, including accommodations, dining, and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination offerings, and promotional deals to provide clients with the best options.
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide clients with necessary travel documentation and information, including itineraries, travel tips, and destination insights.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients.
