Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a seasoned Program Manager based in Mexico to lead complex, multi-project initiatives for a partner in banking/fintech. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities include defining program roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and exploiting agile delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure, scalable digital finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in project or program management, with 5+ years in banking/fintech.
• Experience managing multi-project programs with regulatory requirements and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of PMO models, delivery frameworks, and portfolio management.
• Certifications or training in program management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, SAFe).
• Experience with scaled agile delivery (SAFe/LeSS/DA) and hybrid delivery.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and oversee program governance structures and compliance checkpoints.
• Align multi-project portfolios with strategy and measure business value.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Oversee concurrent projects with coordination across timelines and dependencies.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional leads in engineering, QA, cyber, and compliance.
• Establish best practices for execution, agile delivery, and accountability.
• Report on progress, risks, and outcomes to executives; manage stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate cloud transformation and DevSecOps initiatives with regulatory alignment.
