Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own the full Google Ads account for high‑ticket B2B lead generation. You will handle keyword research, bidding, ad copy, and reporting, and work with internal sales to shape campaign direction and growth.

The role requires 3+ years in Google Ads management (B2B), end-to-end ownership, and strong English communication. This fully remote position operates across LATAM time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management in B2B lead generation (not e-commerce or B2C).
• End-to-end campaign ownership: keyword research, bidding, ad copy, budget management, and reporting.
• Documented Cost Per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost reductions with percentages or figures on CV.
• Experience working with a sales team; use lead quality feedback to adjust keywords/audiences.
• Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello or ClickUp).
• English at C1+ CEFR level for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end to end for B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Optimize bidding, campaign structure, and ad copy to lower CPL and CAC.
• Expand keyword research into luxury hospitality and commercial markets.
• Coordinate landing page updates with the team to improve conversions.
• Join internal sales calls and strategy sessions to align with customer needs.
• Track and report campaign performance against lead and cost targets.
