Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring for an account-ownership role. You will own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end to end, directly speaking with clients, presenting updates, and defending your decisions. Expect ownership over feeds, landing pages, and conversions, with an emphasis on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and incremental insights.

You can work remotely from anywhere, with US Eastern client-call hours flexibility; strong communication and results are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own the client relationship without intermediaries.
• Experience presenting plans, results, and rationale to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them and explain findings via Loom.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand as separate campaigns; manage PMax with clear targets.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data quality.
• Maintain GA4, GTM integration and accurate conversion tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve metrics.
