Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands, focusing on Meta ads. You will design testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, and communicate with clients while scaling campaigns for real budgets.

Formación

• 5+ years in performance media or ecommerce preferred.
• Experience scaling eCommerce brands with real ad spend.
• Ability to build testing roadmaps and creative briefs.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose full funnel issues across creative, offer, and conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators to source talent and scripts.
