Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant for a short-term engagement with potential for long-term collaboration. The role is remote and offers USD compensation with a fixed schedule.

You will provide technical and customer support across D2C and B2B inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions while documenting interactions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a technical support role, strong English communication (C1), and a tech-savvy mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical customer support.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Tech-savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Stable internet connection and a personal computer with adequate RAM.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, calls and chats in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handle D2C and B2B inquiries, password resets, and general support.
• Troubleshoot issues with home app and escalate when needed.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and document interactions clearly.
• Ask diagnostic questions to understand and resolve problems.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures while using good judgment for non-standard cases.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and professional customer experience.
• Manage multiple conversations with accuracy and quality.
