Job summary

SupportYourApp seeks a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to join a global team delivering intelligent support. You will source and manage creators, monitor performance, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and resolve operational issues to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong project management, and proficiency with Google Sheets are essential. Remote work is offered with an international environment and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Solid project management skills
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements
