The Gund Company is seeking a Remote Logistics Coordinator in Mexico to oversee domestic and international shipments, manage documentation, and coordinate with carriers from a home office. This remote role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving in a virtual team environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in logistics coordination, strong English/Spanish communication, and experience with WMS/TMS systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, incoterms, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual team environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely transportation.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory levels related to inbound/outbound logistics.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Utilize logistics software to manage shipments and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding shipment status and inquiries.
