Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international shipments across air, sea, and land.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Select and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Track shipments and provide updates on status and delivery times.
• Prepare bills of lading, declarations, and origin certificates.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve transit times.
• Resolve issues or delays in transit with relevant parties.
• Maintain records of shipping activities and costs.
• Stay informed on changes in trade policies and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other teams for smooth logistics.
